CMC Solutions provides state-of-the-art predictive emissions monitoring system or PEMS components that are open, flexible, and uniquely adapted to meet EPA compliance reporting requirements and the needs of the enterprise. Our products are specifically designed to empower operations to accurately predict process and emissions parameters utilizing standard database and networking components. CMC Solutions also provides a patented statistical hybrid data engine within a framework that integrates existing plant resources (CEMS, PCs, servers, PLCs, cabling, and controls) with innovative custom application software developed for standard operating systems and databases.

Together with onsite field data collection and support, quality assurance and other specialized training programs, CMC Solutions’ application software unlocks the process monitoring and control elements of legacy systems to liberate data for use in custom reports, optimization, and efficiency analysis.

CMC Solutions’ statistical hybrid predictive data engine transforms data from various sources into a standardized database structure for predicting emissions and for utilization by plant staff, such as operators in real-time process/combustion optimization or managers reviewing historical data for compliance and efficiency purposes. Data is protected using the standard operating system authentication or through an application specified security level managed by the data acquisition system. Data is at the same time protected and published to a server where users can access raw or summarized process information as needed.
